12 year old:
Book 9 in the Keeper of the Lost Cities adventure series. He has loved this series so much. And all the books are nice and long, which is always nice because it keeps him occupied for a while! If you’re looking to start the series, book 1 is linked HERE.

10 year old:
Peter and the Shadow Thieves: Book 2 in the Peter and the Starcatchers series, the back story of how Peter became Peter Pan. He’s loving this series so far. Again, these are nice and long books. He loved book 1. But I wasn’t sure if the size of the books would overwhelm him at this point. But he’s going strong so far! Book 1 HERE. It’s also amazing on audio performed by Jim Dale.

7 year old:
Race to the Ark: He got the first book in The Secret Of The Hidden Scrolls series in a class Christmas book gift exchange and quickly asked for more! Siblings discover ancient scrolls that transport them back in time to moments in biblical history. I’m not sure how we missed this series with the older boys. They’re so great. And our library has most of the series as well. Book 1 HERE. Or the complete book set HERE.

4 year old:
Do You Know? Trains and Rail Transport: I picked this up randomly in the new book section at the library this week. It’s my favorite place to pick up nonfiction books for the boys to flip through. This one is packed full of facts like: How do trains work? What types of trains are there? Where do they take you? Lots of other books in this series too on topics from vehicles to space.
Look for these favorites on you next trip to the library or bookstore!
