Weekly Dinner Menu

This week’s menu includes a new dinner recipe, a few staple dinner recipes,
plus the best chocolate cake that I used to make John Lloyd’s birthday cupcakes

We make these all of the time! Everyone loves them! They come together quickly if you shred the chicken and cheese ahead of time. The younger two boys prefer theirs without toppings and dip them in salsa and have tortilla chips on the side. The rest of us pile them high with shredded cheese, salsa, GUACAMOLE, and sour cream. We barely make this recipe last two nights right now. I can see doubling this in our near future.

The best chicken noodle soup. Always a favorite! Especially with sourdough bread!

This was a new recipe to us this week, and it did not disappoint! Super easy and fast to make. And everyone ate it well! Except my four-year old who chose to eat around the peppers and onions. The recipe calls for chicken sausage. I had pork sausage, so that’s what I used. And it turned out well.

This is absolutely the BEST and easiest spaghetti sauce. We’ve been making this for years. I often double it to freeze a portion for later.

I first made this a little over a year ago for Thomas’s birthday. We’ve made it so many times since then. Sometimes I’ve followed the recipe and sometimes I’ve used the cake portion of the recipe for cupcakes like this past week for John Lloyd’s birthday. It is SO easy to make and SO good! Make it! You won’t be disappointed.
